On September 14, China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) placed about 240 million H shares in Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 16 HKD per share, raised 3.82 billion HKD in total. The total H shares placed this time were about 239 million shares, accounting 19.9% of the total H Shares issued by CNBM. After this issue, the total shares of the company were about 2.7 billion shares. This was the largest  placement since CNBM’s listing and as scheduled, the fundsraised this time were mainly used to reduce liabilities and replenish operating capital of CNBM.
